Absolutely disgusting!! The showers were pitiful TODAY! The manager was literally walking in and walking out. Hair everywhere. Toilets are black. Floors filthy. I have pictures. If there’s a number or email. I would love to show this to the owner. It’s unsanitary!! And inhumane at this point. I am an OTR trucker! And nothing pisses me off more than someone giving us dirty filthy showers. It rude unkind! And a HUGE SERVICE ISSUE!! The health department would shut this down it’s that filthy!

Arrived after 9pm and still had plenty of parking. I seen they have a laundry room but I didn’t use it. We went for parking and showers. I will say this location has hot water, so that was nice! Been to one recently that wouldn’t even touch luke warm. We were immediately greeted upon entering on the truck side. Place looked clean and so was our spacious shower.

The laundry room machines did not accept credit cards, debit cards, or the Love’s rewards card. Since the only option was coins, I went to the cashier and was met by a young woman who told me that I could not get coins using my debit card. However, just two weeks ago, I was given coins through the coin machine behind the cashier in order to use this same laundry room. She also tried to brush the issue aside, seemingly to avoid counting coins. When I insisted and asked her to call the manager, a long haired man came over and told her to count the coins available at the register. It turned out there were only $11. I then withdrew $20 from the ATM in the store, but I was charged $25 for this transaction. Since I needed to use two machines, $11 was not enough. With that amount, I would not have been able to wash clothes in two machines and also use the dryer. I asked whether the other cashier on the opposite side had any coins. They told me to try my luck. I did, but the answer was that there were no coins at all not even $2. I then went to the burger place in the back, but it was closed and no one was there. As a last resort, I went back to my truck and checked for coins there,

Nice large spaced out and Clean truck parking lot with very good lighting. a comfortable amount of parking spaces , feels safe 👍🏻 Working air compressor , working diesel pumps and scale, clean and well organized store . Nice gift and souvenir , cold drinks , snacks , hot snacks and a Hardys .👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻good customer service 👍🏻. One of the BEST truck stops in the area ! ..

I wasn’t very impressed with this truck stop. The biggest issue was the pricing—whether it was the hot food or the snacks on the shelves, everything felt overpriced for what you actually get. Cleanliness was also a concern. The hot food area wasn’t well maintained—the counters were sticky, there were flies inside, and the heat in the building made the whole experience uncomfortable. Another letdown was their rewards program. The app feels extremely outdated and the rewards themselves aren’t worthwhile. I didn’t find anything of real value in it. For a well-known chain, I expected a much higher standard across the board.
